Final Reflection: River of Life

As faithful risk-takers, those who know the lamb look forward to a future where every tear will be wiped away, and we will experience the fulfillment of all nations being healed and worshiping! This piece was digitally created in Canva depicting scenes described in Revelation (7:9, 21:33, 22:1-2). The image of the lamb as the light, a vibrant textured river of life, trees on either side with leaves for the healing of the nations, and the nations represented as colorful paint blobs with palm branches over their heads. Looking forward to this coming future brings hope amid trials.

After this I looked, and there before me was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people, and language, standing before the throne and before the Lamb. —Revelation 7:9 The city does not need the sun or the moon to shine on it, for the glory of God give it light, and the Lamb is its lamp. —Revelation 21:33

Then the angel showed me the river of the water of life, as clear as crystal, flowing from the throne of God and of the Lamb 2 down the middle of the great street of the city. On each side of the river stood the tree of life, bearing twelve crops of fruit, yielding its fruit every month. And the leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations. —Revelation 22:1–2
